When: August 18th from 8:30 – 10:30am (approximately)

For only $100 the band will stop and play a mini-concert anywhere on the parade route (Castlegate Park, Ravenstone, Rockcliffe, Rockingham) featuring your choice of two songs from our list, including the Cougar Fight song, Aggie War Hymn,Land of 1000 Dances,Hey Song,Crazy Train and Seven Nation Army. Feel free to pitch in with friends and neighbors! If you don’t live on the parade route, you can have it at the house of a friend who does, or we will perform at Castlegate Park at 8:15am or approximately 10:30am. You or your business will be recognized via loudspeaker at the time of the concert and in our programs and newsletters throughout the year!

All are welcome to join the parade!
If you can’t join us at the parade, watch us LIVE on our Facebook Page on Saturday, August 18th. We will broadcast portions of the parade throughout the morning.
The Cougar Band & Guard will step off at Castlegate Park at 8:30am and follow a parade route down Ravenstone Loop & Rockcliffe Loop. After a brief water break (at #8) the parade will step off again around 9:30 and proceed down Rockingham Loop. The route is in the order of the numbers.

Our 2018 Marching Production “Before the Yellow Brick Road” is based on The Wizard of Oz and will explore the stories of Dorothy, The Scarecrow, The Tinman, & The Cowardly Lion leading up to the moment that the house falls on the Wicked Witch! Please come out to a Cougar football game this year to see it in person!
